Jeff began his career as an art director in U.S. after graduating from Art Center College of Design in California. While working in Los Angeles, being surrounded by world renowned restaurants, he started to discover a new passion in life, food. Then a few years later, Jeff decided to pack everything up and head back to British Columbia to pursue his new dream in cooking. Now with over a decade of culinary experience under his belt, Jeff’s culinary resume includes opening Executive Sous Chef at award winning Blink Restaurant in Calgary and Executive Chef at Kensington Riverside Inn in Calgary. Most recently, a five-year stint as a chef de cuisine at Araxi, where he helped the restaurant rack up several accolades, including top 50 best restaurants in Canada by vacay.ca 4 years running. Jeff currently is working on his own restaurant in Squamish where he will be working closely with local farmers and ranchers from the sea to sky area.
