Joseph Juhn is an attorney and intellectual property consultant at Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), a Korean government agency that assists Korean small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in overseas business ventures. He specially focuses on early-stage Korean tech startups interested in expanding to New York. Concurrently, Joseph is directing and producing a film project, Jeronimo, a feature-length documentary that highlights the history and current state of Koreans who immigrated and are living in Cuba.
Passionate about causes pertinent to the Korean-American community, Joseph also serves on the board of GORI Group, a group organizing networking opportunities for young Korean and Asian-American professionals; and Korean Startups & Entrepreneurs (KSE), a non-profit organization with an aim to empower entrepreneurs of Korean descent in New York. Joseph completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Media at UC San Diego and his Juris Doctor, Law degree at Syracuse University College of Law.
