The program operates on a semester basis, with meetings held every two weeks.

Fusion Cooking Classes

C3 Society began offering Korean fusion cooking classes in 2006 and 2007 led by Ann Woo, a nutritionist and owner of Ann's Catering. Novices and more experienced cooks are given a hands-on opportunity to learn how to make traditional Korean kimchi, bulgogi and much more, while also incorporating North American ingredients in a casual and friendly environment.
