Yohan Lee is an accredited Real Estate Appraiser at BC Assessment Authority, a provincial Crown corporation producing annual property assessments for all property owners in BC. He is responsible for overseeing the valuation of various IC&I properties including retail, office, warehouse, parking, hotel, institutional and special use properties. His work includes valuation of properties in the Olympic Village, Woodward’s Building, University Market Place at UBC, Vancouver House, Chinatown Plaza, Westin Grand Hotel, and Marriott Pinnacle Hotel. Since 2008, he has successfully defended assessed value in excess of $2.2 billion on properties in Vancouver. Born in Korea and raised in Vancouver, he received the Bachelor of Business in Real Estate degree from the Sauder School of Business at UBC, specializing in real estate appraisal, assessment, development, and management. He currently holds the AACI, P.App, and LEED GA designations, as well as seven real estate-related certificates.
